Eko-Wtór Supports Safety – We Stand with the “Fire Alert – Stay Aware!” Program

We are proud to announce that Eko-Wtór is a committed partner of the educational and awareness program “Pali się, bądź czujny” (“Fire Alert – Stay Aware!”), held annually at TAURON Arena in Kraków.

This unique event combines education with an impressive artistic experience, raising awareness about fire safety – especially among children and young people. Previous editions featured unforgettable performances by iconic Polish bands such as Lady Pank (2023) and Bajm (2024), bringing energy and excitement to the audience.

For us, it’s more than just participation – it’s a genuine commitment to promoting responsible behavior and supporting initiatives that truly matter.
Check out highlights from past events and join us next time – because with Eko-Wtór, it’s always safer… and louder!

Our activities also cover ecological education – we collaborate with pre-schools and schools, teaching young generations to care for the natural environment and to segregate waste.

Skawina Plant

The latest location of the company, currently its headquarters. These premises, in operation since February 2023, focus on LDPE recycling.

Wilamowice Plant

Our branch in Wilamowice dates back to 2001. Today this location is involved in plastic recycling.

Wadowice Plant

The oldest branch of the company, operating since 1991. In the Wadowice plant we currently focus on the purchases and sales of recyclable materials. We have a production line for sorting and baling them.
1991
The Wadowice plant opens: on May 1st, 1991 one of the current owners of the company starts a business in the field of purchase and sales of recyclable materials. This branch of the company has been operating continuously to date, still at the same address (ul. Wałowa 28).
2002
Merger of both businesses into Eko-Wtór: In 2002 both businesses merge and Eko-Wtór Sp. z o.o. is established. Since that time, the company can develop more dynamically and extend its business with recycling of post-consumer polyethylene.
2017
A new investment in Skawina: in 2017 the company purchases a plot of land together with a building located on it. This allows to start construction works on our new state-of-the-art recycling plant accompanied by an administration and office building.
