Eko-Wtór Sp. z o.o. – We deal with collecting, sorting, and baling of all sorts of recyclable materials. LDPE recycling – regranulate production constitutes the core area of our activity. We provide transport services, which also cover waste transport.
We have over 30 years of experience in the area of responsible waste management, and we keep passing it on to our new employees.
Today, our staff consists of over 100 people, who make every effort to satisfy your expectations.
Our activities also cover ecological education – we collaborate with pre-schools and schools, teaching young generations to care for the natural environment and to segregate waste.
Skawina Plant
The latest location of the company, currently its headquarters. These premises, in operation since February 2023, focus on LDPE recycling.
Wilamowice Plant
Our branch in Wilamowice dates back to 2001. Today this location is involved in plastic recycling.
Wadowice Plant
The oldest branch of the company, operating since 1991. In the Wadowice plant we currently focus on the purchases and sales of recyclable materials. We have a production line for sorting and baling them.
1991
The Wadowice plant opens: on May 1st, 1991 one of the current owners of the company starts a business in the field of purchase and sales of recyclable materials. This branch of the company has been operating continuously to date, still at the same address (ul. Wałowa 28).
2002
Merger of both businesses into Eko-Wtór: In 2002 both businesses merge and Eko-Wtór Sp. z o.o. is established. Since that time, the company can develop more dynamically and extend its business with recycling of post-consumer polyethylene.
2017
A new investment in Skawina: in 2017 the company purchases a plot of land together with a building located on it. This allows to start construction works on our new state-of-the-art recycling plant accompanied by an administration and office building.
2001
The Wilamowice plant opens: an independent family business involved in collecting and transporting recyclable materials started to operate in Wilamowice in September 2001.
2015
Implementation of a new production process: the plant in Wilamowice develops a machine park allowing to extend the range of plastics accepted for recycling.
2023
Production launch in Skawina: in February 2023 production of high-quality regranulate satisfying the strictest quality standards and customers’ requirements is launched. At the same time, the plant in Skawina becomes the Company’s headquarters.
